Tim was born and raised in North Carolina.  He became a licensed Heating and Air Conditioning Contractor and worked in the residential housing industry installing heating and cooling equipment in new and existing homes.  
His next venture in the real estate industry was as a licensed North Carolina General Contractor building custom homes for clients throughout the Raleigh area.  

Tim retired from home building, but wanted to remain in the residential home industry, so he became a licensed North Carolina real estate broker. He is now the Broker in Charge of his own real estate brokerage. Tim specializes in residential, commercial, investment properties, and land sales.
